We had a great experience at this hotel. The Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the clean facilities. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions about the hotel and this city. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and attractions. The facilities were also very clean and well-maintained.

We had an enjoyable stay with friendly staff who tried their best to communicate with us. the room was comfortable and clean with the added bonus of some great facilities. the location was great too as it was easy and convenient to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. In the morning, we even enjoyed a delicious breakfast while enjoying a beautiful view from our room.

There was an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, always willing to help out. the bed sheets were clean and the towels were fresh. the hotel offered a free shuttle to the town center and had a small restaurant with tasty dishes.

The hotel was located far from the town center, so I had to take the shuttle or negotiate a long walk. the condition of the bathroom was not great and the pillow was so hard and lumpy, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and provided us with clean towels every day. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the surrounding nature was breathtaking.

We were disappointed with certain aspects of our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the hotel was further from the town center than advertised, making transportation difficult. Despite the language barrier, the staff tried their best to communicate with us, but it was still a bit frustrating at times. we were expecting more from our New Year's stay.
